      The composite HVAC duct that made of BBS PIR pre-insulated sandwich panel can meet various needs for heat ventilation and air conditioning system used in office buildings, shopping malls, supermarkets, residential, sports centers, hospitals, libraries, warehouse and manufacturing & precessing plants, etc. It is extremely light weight and highly efficient in assembly and installment. It can offer the performance with energy conservation and environmental protection. BBS PIR pre-insulated sandwich HVAC duct panels that double surface coat are embossed aluminmum foil(or smooth aluminmum foil, or pre-painted galvanized steel sheet) with self-extinguish PIR(polyisocyanurate) foam inside are the composite material. The usual size of BBS duct panel is 4000×1200×20mm, other size that depending on the requirements could be (2000-4000)×1200×(15-30)mm. The manufacturing tolerance of thickness is ±0.5mm. Usually, the aluminmum foil is coated the OP film that can resist the erosion from weak acid or base on surface, the foil's thickness are 60-80miron, and the pre-painted galvanized steel sheet’s thickness are 0.25-0.50mm. The density of PIR foam is 50-55kg/m3, the composite density of duct panel that double surface are aluminmum foil is 1.45-1.50kg/m2. The major technical indexes of BBS PIR sandwich duct panel are as follows: 1. Fire Rating: Self-extinguishing, low rate of burn (B1-class, according to the standard GB 8624-1997 of China); 2.
